The internal portal for customers, properties, plan versions and contracts. Claims, coverage accounting and billing arrive in later phases.

Employee access only

There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by an administrator and every role is enforced in the database.

Plan versions are immutable

Pricing and coverage changes publish a new version. Contracts keep a frozen snapshot of the terms they were sold under.

Dates computed server-side

The 45-day waiting period and 12-month expiration are calculated by database functions, never by the browser.
